New Orleans Crime

Moved out of California before completing my 18 month dui program.

In 2010 I plead no contest to my 2nd Dui. I completed my jail time, paid my fines, and had about half of my classes completed. I ended up having to move out of state very abrubtly due to employment issues. New Orleans does not offer any type of classes. I have been going to AA when I can, and a group therapy session. I have no plans to return to California, but I would like to finally pay my respects [url=http://www.cowboysnflofficialauthentic.com/authentic-demarcus-lawrence-jers... Lawrence Womens Jersey
to the court and get this resolved. What are my options?

I had my last one in 2004 and haven't so much as j walked since! My son passed recently and I drove and got caught under the influence, making this my third within the 10 yr window. I used a court appointed attorney because of the expense so I received 3rd offense instead of reduced to second. I got 1 yr home incarceration with SCRAM bracelet and 4 yrs probation! I'm doing everything asked of me. Did the 28 day in house, doing two AA's/wk, also did grief counseling on my own. If I stay in compliance, which I will, can I get the probation reduced?

Discuss this [url=http://www.cowboysnflofficialauthentic.com/authentic-demarcus-lawrence-jers... with your attorney.

I have not been to trial for a DWI yet. Had one 20 years ago and they said I did not do classes and community svc.

I redid them 10 yrs. ago. Now they say I am missing 2 classes from that same event. I did all the classes. I have not been to trial and they are making me go to an IOP and AA for 3 yrs., 3 times a week ! The IOP they sent me to said I was not an alcoholic and my insurance would not pay. So now they are sending me to [url=http://www.cowboysnflofficialauthentic.com/authentic-zack-martin-jersey.htm... govt. run IOP. Is this even legal? I got this info by letter in the mail. I thought you got sentencing at your trial in person. Not by mail prior. I know someone who has 3 DWI's in 3 yrs. and a felony simple burglary charge and they got 18 months of AA. No one gets 3 yrs. oh except me. Besides that, DWI was dismissed at admin hearing, and now the traffic court wants to try to charge me with it. It was dismissed due to not being properly filed and notarized by officer.
