Heading the other way, the Tennessee Titans inability to run the ball drops them from 21 all the way down to 31, while the New Orleans Saints inability to defend has them moving from 10 to 15. Its still very early in the season, so the rankings have more fluctuations than they will once teams have six, eight or ten games under their belt, but right now, there are 20 teams with a 1-1 record, so its going to take some time to create tiers of separation.
