TOKYO - Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Norichika Aoki has decided not to participate in next years World Baseball Classic, becoming the latest Japanese major leaguer to opt out of the tournament. . Pence connected off former Philadelphia closer Brett Myers (0-1) with one out to give the Phillies their first three-game winning streak of the season.
