KANDAHAR , Afghanistan, July 23 (Xinhua) -- Twenty-one insurgents and four police personnel were killed and 20 insurgents injured in two separate clashes in southern Afghan province of Kandahar, said a provincial police spokesman on Sunday.


In one clash, 15 militants and four police were killed and 20 militants injured after armed Taliban attacked security checkpoints in Nesh district late Saturday night, spokesman Zia Durrani told Xinhua [url=http://www.airforce1-pascher.fr/nike-air-force-1-basse/air-force-1-basse-ho... Air Force 1 Basse Homme Pas Cher , adding the police personnel fought back the attackers and six police were also injured during exchange of fire in the remote district.


In neighboring Maywand district, Afghan Special Forces targeted a Taliban's hideout, killing six militants, including a Taliban shadow district governor named Maiwand Khan, the spokesman added.

Taliban have yet to make comment.

BUDAPEST Nike Air Force 1 Mid Pas Cher , June 23 (Xinhua) -- Hungary's parliament adopted the country's 2016 budget at a special session on Tuesday, fully six months ahead of the usual adoption date, with 119 MPs voting in favor and 63 opposed.


The approximately 15,800 billion forint (about 57.5 billion U.S. dollars) budget includes a deficit of about 761 billion forints and a government debt of about 25,898 billion forints or roughly 73.3 percent of gross domestic product , down by 1 percentage point from the 2015 figure.


The budget calls for a 1 percentage point drop to 15 percent in the current personal income tax, now at a rate of 16 percent. The Value Added Tax has been left unchanged at 27 percent, and is currently the highest in the European Union.


The budget has reduced the special tax on banks (one of the steepest in Europe) by 65 billion forints in an effort to boost lending. The special tax on the telecom sector, amounting to 56 billion forints, has remained in place.


Hungary has a foreign debt of 5.5 billion euros (6.16 billion U.S. dollars) due in 2016.

The survey by Eurobarometer was published ahead of World No Tobacco Day on Sunday, and reveals a downward trend in tobacco use across Europe.

Greenland USA said on Monday that it is developing an affordable housing project in downtown Brooklyn with its US partner Forest City Ratner Companies.


The 18-story project at 535 Carlton Avenue will include 298 units "100 percent affordable" for low-, moderate- and middle-income households, according to Greenland Forest City Partners.
