At least two Filipino-Americans will be among the over 200 athletes who will represent the United States in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang starting on February 9.

In 2010 in Vancouver, he won bronze in the 5000-meter relay and 1500-meter individual event, and in 2014 in Sochi he won a silver in the 5,000-meters.
Celski's mother is Filipino while his father in Polish. He will again represent the US in short-track speed skating in the Winter Games.Another American athlete with Filipino roots is 17-year-old Hailey Langland, who will compete in the women's snowboarding big air event.
The daughter of a Fil-Am mother and an American father, Langland is competing in the Winter Games for the first time.
