锘? I just finished the videos series on Goal Setting by Bill Bartmann (Billionair Entrepreneur). I have just two words INSPIRATIONAL and BRILLIANT!!! Mr. Bartmann presented a straightforward 10-Step Goal Setting Process that I wanted to reveal to you today. Goals are essential for any area in your life Coo... Base Frank Thomas Jersey , whether you have individual goals, weight goals, monetary goals, career goals, company goals, and more. If you have not yet identified your targets or goals, you need to do so. If you dont Cool Base Early Wynn Jersey , how do you know what you are trying to achieve AND more importantly, how do you know when you have achieved it???

So, here it is WRITE IT DOWN and more importantly, USE IT!

Step #1 Make sure its YOUR own goal.
This is the most important step. What is it that YOU (not your spouse, not your kids) want to achieve? This is about YOU!!

Step #2 Do not call it a goal; call it a PROMISE.
When you have set goals in the past, have you attained them? Let's not get caught up in the word "goal"... time for a change!. Think about this how often do you keep your PROMISES? Studies have proven that PROMISES are kept 98% of the time!!! (versus achieving goals goals are not achieve 70% of the time!!!).

Step #3 Plainly and without a doubt pinpoint your PROMISE.
What are you specifically trying to accomplish and achieve? How triumphant do you want to be? How can this be measured? BE SPECIFIC. An example, I want to earn $10 ... Base David Robertson Jersey ,000 per month by January 2010. This is specific and quantifiable.

Step #4 Use the tools around you.
All around you are motivators... good and bad. Utilize them all you can!

Positive motivators are the ones you love and are most likely your WHY. Accomplish your PROMISE for them (and you)!

Negative motivators are those telling you that you CANT succeed in your business or you are crazy for trying to do so. Mr. Bartmann suggests writing the names of these people down on a 3x5 card and keep these cards in front of you, at your desk, in your purse, etc. This can be a serious tool and motivator to keep you going.

Step #5 Develop a PROMISE STRATEGY.
By creating a BLUEPRINT, you will be well on your way to success. This is your business plan and there are six crucial elements that will construct this plan:
- WHAT do you want to accomplish??
- WHEN are you going to accomplish this?
- WHERE would you be when this is achieved? On a magazine cover??
- WHY do you want to do this? Is this for YOU? Or is this to show someone you can do it??
- WHO will you help you? WHO's help do you need?
- HOW can I execute the plan?

The HOW piece is the most important but is the most difficult, as well. You cant know HOW right now. Things are going to change and the HOW may change. Keep a focus on WHAT and WHY and the HOW will evolve.

Step #6 Evaluate your PLAN and your PROMISE daily.
Bill Bartmann states to review your PLAN and PROMISE 20 minutes daily. 20 minutes per day???? (there is no way I can spend that time) Think about this, seriously. Substitute uimportant activity with the evaluation of your PLAN and PROMISE. By assessing your PLAN and your PROMISE systematically and on a consistent basis Cool Base Chris Sale Jersey , you will comprehend how imperative this is AND this will help to create new and fresh ideas.

Step #7 Tell yourself you will succeed.
Your success is a derivative of your belief. The voice inside of us is the most powerful, so listen to it! Stop sending negative affirmations.

Step #8 Speak of your PROMISE to those around you.
There is nothing like being held responsible Share your PROMISE and allow the positive and negative motivators to encourage you to achieve your PROMISE. Make your PROMISE public. How is this for motivation?

Step #9 Imagine your outcome.
You have to see your success. You have to imagine your success. We typically imagine a negative outcome or a negative result. Shouldnt we allow ourselves to have a positive result? Bill Bartmann shared a story about Michael Jordan envisioning a free throw before he even shot the ball. To prove his point during a game, Michael Jordan shot a free throw with his eyes closed! He envisioned making the basket before it was even shot.

Step #10 START!!!
Guess what? This is the MOST IMPORTANT STEP! Without this step, the previous steps are irrelevant! You will make mistakes thats okay. Learn from the mistakes you make and keep going!

Here is to all your success!

锘? Philippe Petit certainly has no fear of heights. This is the French man who came into the spotlight for virtually dancing his way across a wire between the twin towers in New York on one August morning in 1974. Petit's feat has more recently become the subject of the film "man on wire" and has refreshed our minds (those who can remember back to then) as to how amazing this actually was. Petit had a history of taking what appeared to the observer a casual stroll along high wires strung between famous buildings or structures - the Notre Dame Coo... Base Carlton Fisk Jersey , Louisiana Superdome, The Eiffel Tower and The Sydney Harbor Bridge to name a few. What looks to be casual took a great deal of planning. His walk at the World Trade Centre took six years to plan. Although clearly not afraid of heights, he had to be aware of every aspect which might have an effect upon his walk - primarily how the buildings moved in the wind. The logistics of how to get a strong enough wir.
